Full registration to the symposium includes attendance in all sessions of the event, proceedings, lunches, 5 coffee breaks and excursion.
Important: Gala Diner ticket cannot be purchased after September 18.
Presenters are required to register by July 22, 2016 (23:59 GMT).

Note: Invitation letter is issued only after the camera ready paper has been uploaded and after the registration.
If you cancel your participation to the symposium, please notify the organiser by e-mail immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org). The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the notification of cancellation is received. All refunds will be made after the symposium. (We will make a deduction of bank transfer fee from the amount to be paid back.)
*Cancellation made by presenters will NOT be accepted.
When a cancellation notification is received :
Until August 20 2016: 50% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
From August 20 2016: 100% of the registration fee (No refund)
