Registration

Registration fees include admission to the symposium and all its special sessions,  proceedings (WebPub), coffee breaks, lunches, and a banquet.
Note: MCSoC-2021 follows the Covid-19 safety regulations, which require wearing a mask and other guidelines.

Please go to https://edas.info/r27016 and log on to the EDAS website from where you can directly register and pay the registration fee.

NOTE: In order to have the discount (IEEE member), please update your EDAS profile with the necessary information (IEEE membership number).

Cancellation

If you cancel your participation to the symposium, please notify the organizer by e-mail immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the notification of cancellation is received. All refunds will be made after the symposium. (We will make a deduction of the bank transfer fee from the amount to be paid back.)

*Cancellation made by presenters will NOT be accepted.

When cancellation notification is received : Before August 31, 2021: 50% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
From August 31, 2021 : 100% of the registration fee (No refund)

For authors: Invitation (visa) letter is issued only after the camera-ready paper has been uploaded and after the registration.

After you registered on EDAS, please click to the Visa letter icon in the EDAS home page:

In the visa letter website, please fill your address information. Then click to “Request visa letter” to get the visa letter file.
