The <strong>20th IEEE MCSoC 2027<\/strong> will be held at <strong>The University of Electro\u2011Communications, Tokyo, Japan, from May 12 to 15, 2027<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 18px; line-height: 1.6;\">\n  Participation in tutorials is an excellent opportunity for lifelong learning, and MCSoC 2027 is committed to supporting professional development. Suitable tutorial topics range from emerging research areas to established techniques of practical and industrial relevance within the scope of the MCSoC Forum.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"color: #EF6C00; margin-bottom: 8px; border-bottom: 1px solid #EF6C00; padding-bottom: 4px;\">\n  Tutorial Proposal Submission Guidelines\n<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">The proposal should provide sufficient information for the Tutorial Chairs to evaluate the relevance, quality, and expected impact of the tutorial. Required information:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 18px; line-height: 1.6;\">\n  <li><strong>Tutorial Title and Abstract<\/strong> \u2014 a concise title and an abstract that clearly describes the tutorial topic, scope, and objectives.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Motivation and Expected Impact<\/strong> \u2014 why the topic is important to the MCSoC community and timely for attendees, and the expected benefits and learning outcomes for participants.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Tutorial Outline<\/strong> \u2014 a syllabus or outline of the tutorial, including main topics and approximate time allocation.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Speakers<\/strong> \u2014 all speakers and their affiliations; for multiple speakers, clearly indicate each speaker&#8217;s role and section.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Short Biography<\/strong> \u2014 a short professional biography for the main speaker (and optionally additional speakers), highlighting expertise and relevant track record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 style=\"color: #EF6C00;
