Payment Method
Option 1: Credit Card:
Please go to https://edas.info/r25453 and log on to the EDAS website from where you can directly register and pay the registration fee.
NOTE: In order to have the discount (IEEE member), please update your EDAS profile with necessary information (IEEE membership number).
Option 2: Bank transfer:
If you are willing to use the Option 2, please send us the transaction confirmation via email to tthui@sutd.edu.sg (Registration Chair: Prof. Teo Tee Hui).
NOTE: the bank transfer can only be confirmed after one week from the date of the transaction.
Cancellation
If you cancel your participation to the symposium, please notify the organizer by e-mail immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the notification of cancellation is received. All refunds will be made after the symposium. (We will make a deduction of the bank transfer fee from the amount to be paid back.)
*Cancellation made by presenters will NOT be accepted.
When cancellation notification is received:
Until August 15, 2019: 50% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
From August 15, 2019: 100% of the registration fee (No refund)

For authors: Invitation (visa) letter is issued only after the camera-ready paper has been uploaded and after the registration.
After you registered on EDAS, please click to the Visa letter icon in the EDAS home page:
In the visa letter website, please fill your address information. Then click to “Request visa letter” to get the visa letter file.
