- At least one author of each accepted paper must register using the ”Author Registration” type (see the table below) by November 8, 2024
- Authors with more than one accepted paper must make a full registration for each accepted paper separately.
- Registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, dinner/banquet, a copy of the final program, and e-proceeding. Registration for the dinner/banquet is required for the spouses of the conference registrants.

Online/EDAS registration by Credit Card or Bank/Wire transfer

Important notes
- The bank information will be shown when an attendee pays via bank/wire transfer via EDAS. If you need help, please use the “request help” link at the bottom of each page in EDAS.
- When registering by bank/wire transfer, please e-mail the (1) transfer slip, (2) paper title, and (3) paper ID to ”mcsoc.forum@gmail.com” for confirmation.
- The bank transfer fee should be borne by the applicants.
- For on-site registration, payment will be accepted by cash only.
Cancellation Plocity
- The following cancellation fee will apply based on the date we receive the cancellation notification. All refunds will be made after the symposium. We will deduct the bank transfer fee from the amount to be paid back.
- Cancellations made by presenters will NOT be accepted.
- When written notice of cancellation is received?
– Until November 30 (AoE): 50% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
– From December 1 (AoE): 100% of the registration fee (No refund)
