1st Round Submission

  • Author Registration Deadline: September 15, 2022
  • MCSoC 2022 will be held as a hybrid of onsite and online events. Participants can select either onsite/offline or online registration.

IMPORTANT: At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered by September 15th, 2022 using the ”Author Registration” column option in the table below. (The two other column options in the table below,” Earlier Registration” and ”Late Registration,” are for general participants.)

2nd Round Submission

Registration Guideline

  • Every session will provide hybrid models for onsite/offline and online presentations.
  • Full registration includes proceedings (WebPub), coffee breaks,  reception, and banquet on the premise that the COVID-19 outbreak situation and social distance can be allowed.

    • NOTE: In order to have the discount (IEEE member), please update your EDAS profile with the necessary information (IEEE membership number).

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your participation in the symposium, please notify the organizer by e-mail immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the notification of cancellation is received. All refunds will be made after the symposium. (We will make a deduction of the bank transfer fee from the amount to be paid back.)
  • Cancellations made by presenters will NOT be accepted.
  • When cancellation notification is received: Until September 15, 2022: 50% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
  • From September 15, 2022, 100% of the registration fee (No refund).
