The forum aims to foster interaction between \n  PhD students and senior researchers in the fields of computer systems, architectures, \n  multi\/many\u2011core systems, AI accelerators, and emerging applications.\n<\/p>\n\n<!-- ========================= -->\n<!--     ELIGIBILITY          -->\n<!-- ========================= -->\n\n<h2 style=\"color:#1B5E20; border-bottom:2px solid:#2E7D32; padding-bottom:6px; margin-top:35px;\">\n  Eligibility\n<\/h2>\n\n<ul style=\"line-height:1.7; padding-left:20px;\">\n  <li>Applicants must be <strong>currently enrolled PhD students<\/strong>.<\/li>\n  <li>Research topics must be related to <strong>computer systems, architectures, \n      multi\/many\u2011core systems, AI accelerators, or emerging applications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n  <li>Both early\u2011stage and advanced\u2011stage PhD students are welcome.<\/li>\n  <li>Submissions must reflect <strong>ongoing research<\/strong>, not work already published \n      at MCSoC 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<!-- ========================= -->\n<!--     SUBMISSION GUIDELINES -->\n<!-- ========================= -->\n\n<h2 style=\"color:#1B5E20;
