As a result, several high-performance and low-power MCSoCs have been realized. However, to support emerging applications, MCSoC design approaches need to guarantee uncompromised, scalable performance with high energy efficiency across diverse workloads while meeting multiple energy budgets under thermal and power-delivery constraints.
