Authors are requested to insert the <strong>MCSoC logo<\/strong> on the first slide.<\/li>\n\n  <li>\n    Onsite presenters are <strong>not required<\/strong> to upload a prerecorded video to EDAS, but must upload their <strong>.ppt or .pdf slides<\/strong>.\n    <br>\n    If authors wish to have their prerecorded presentation uploaded to the\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@MCSoC-Forum\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"color:#3182ce; font-weight:bold; text-decoration:none;\">\n      IEEE MCSoC YouTube Channel\n    <\/a>\n    after the conference, they must also upload a prerecorded video.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px; color:#4a5568; line-height:1.6; border-left:4px solid #ecc94b; padding:12px; background:#fffbeb;\">\n  <strong>Note:<\/strong> Uploading a prerecorded video to the\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@MCSoC-Forum\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"color:#3182ce; font-weight:bold; text-decoration:none;\">\n    IEEE MCSoC YouTube Channel\n  <\/a>\n  is optional and <em>not automatic<\/em>. Authors must explicitly request this by contacting the conference chairs at\n  <a href=\"mailto:mcsoc.forum@gmail.com\" style=\"color:#3182ce; font-weight:bold; text-decoration:none;\">\n    mcsoc.forum@gmail.com\n  <\/a>.\n<\/p>\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:16px; color:#4a5568; line-height:1.6; padding-left:20px;\">\n  <li>Bring a copy of your slides on a <strong>USB flash drive<\/strong> as backup.<\/li>\n\n  <li><strong>Onsite equipment includes:<\/strong> projector, laser pointer, microphones, and a laptop with sound\/video playback. Internet access is available.<\/li>\n\n  <li>\n    The committee will prepare all presentations in advance by downloading them to the session laptops.\n    <strong>Presenters must verify their slides on the session laptop before their talk.<\/strong>\n    <br>\n    <span style=\"color:red; font-weight:bold;\">\n      Onsite presenters are not permitted to use personal laptops, as the session laptop is dedicated to hosting Zoom.\n    <\/span>\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px; color:#4a5568; line-height:1.6; border-left:4px solid #38a169; padding:12px; background:#f0fff4;\">\n  <strong>Recommendation:<\/strong> Presenters are encouraged to use the <strong>version of slides uploaded to EDAS<\/strong>.\n  Updated versions may be used if necessary, but this is <em>not recommended<\/em> as it may cause inconsistencies in session preparation.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"color:#2d3748; margin-top:20px;\">Online Presenters<\/h3>\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:16px; color:#4a5568; line-height:1.6; padding-left:20px;\">\n  <li>Online presenters (interactive and non\u2011interactive) must upload their <strong>.ppt or .pdf slides<\/strong> to EDAS.<\/li>\n  <li>They must also upload a <strong>10\u2011minute prerecorded video<\/strong> (MP4 or narrated PowerPoint).<\/li>\n  <li>Presentations will be delivered live via <strong>Zoom<\/strong>.<\/li>\n  <li>The <strong>session chair<\/strong> and <strong>room moderator<\/strong> will play the prerecorded video. The presenter must be online for Q&#038;A.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px; color:#4a5568; line-height:1.6; border-left:4px solid #38a169; padding:12px; background:#f0fff4;\">\n  <strong>Interactive vs. Non\u2011Interactive Online Presenters:<\/strong><br>\n  <em>Interactive presenters<\/em> join live for Q&#038;A after their video.<br>\n  <em>Non\u2011interactive presenters<\/em> provide slides and video only; no live Q&#038;A.<br>\n  <span style=\"color:red; font-weight:bold;\">\n    The non\u2011interactive mode is not recommended. Authors choosing this option must inform the committee in advance.\n  <\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"color:#2d3748; margin-top:20px;\">Committee Preparation<\/h3>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px; color:#4a5568; line-height:1.6;\">\n  The committee will download all presentation materials from EDAS and prepare them on the session laptops.\n<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px; color:#4a5568; line-height:1.6;\">\n  The <strong>session chair<\/strong> will introduce each speaker and coordinate playback for online presentations.\n  Zoom links will be distributed prior to the conference.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"color:#2d3748; margin-top:20px;\">Access to Uploaded Materials<\/h3>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px; color:#4a5568; line-height:1.6;\">\n  Links to uploaded <strong>videos<\/strong> and <strong>slides<\/strong> on EDAS will <strong>not be public<\/strong>.\n  They are accessible only to the <strong>session chairs<\/strong> and <strong>organizing committee<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"color:#2d3748; margin-top:20px;\">IEEE No\u2011Show Policy<\/h2>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px; color:#4a5568; line-height:1.6;\">\n  IEEE requires that all accepted papers be presented by an author or qualified proxy.\n  <strong>Papers not presented will not be published in IEEE Xplore\u00ae.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:16px; color:#4a5568; line-height:1.6; padding-left:20px;\">\n  <li>At least one author must register and present the paper.<\/li>\n  <li>No\u2011shows may be placed on a <em>No\u2011Show List<\/em>.<\/li>\n  <li>Registration fees are non\u2011refundable for no\u2011shows.<\/li>\n  <li>Presentation may be onsite or online; absence without valid reason counts as a no\u2011show.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px; color:#4a5568; line-height:1.6; border-left:4px solid #718096; padding:10px; background:#f7fafc;\">\n  For full details, refer to:\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/conferences.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org\/author-ethics\/guidelines-and-policies\/\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"color:#3182ce; font-weight:bold; text-decoration:none;\">\n    IEEE No\u2011Show Policy\n  <\/a>\n<\/p>\n\n\n<!-- Logos section preserved exactly as provided -->\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Presentation Guidelines The conference will be conducted with both onsite and online participation.
