It unites researchers, practitioners, and industry experts involved in embedded system design, multicore architectures, and IC design for emerging applications.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.6;\">\n    The <strong>19th IEEE MCSoC 2026<\/strong> will be held in <strong>Shanghai, China, from December 14\u201317, 2026<\/strong>.
