\n The IEEE MCSoC Forum is a premier global flagship event sponsored by IEEE and the IEEE Computer Society (TCMM). It unites researchers, practitioners, and industry experts working in embedded system design<\/strong>, multicore and many\u2011core architectures<\/strong>, embodied AI platforms<\/strong>, neuromorphic and brain\u2011inspired computing systems<\/strong>, and integrated circuit design<\/strong> for emerging and next\u2011generation applications.\n <\/p>\n\n \n The 19th IEEE MCSoC 2026<\/strong> will be held in Shanghai, China, from December 14\u201317, 2026<\/strong>. Evolving from its origins in parallel and heterogeneous computing, this edition will address critical challenges in multicore systems, focusing strongly on innovations in embedded AI and machine learning<\/strong>. \n <\/p>\n\n \n The robust technical program will feature keynote lectures, special sessions, and 19 specialized tracks. Key topics include heterogeneous architectures, energy-efficient computing, NoC technologies, neuromorphic systems, and chiplet-based integration. Building on a rich legacy of global editions across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, MCSoC 2026 continues to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and drive the future of intelligent multicore systems.\n <\/p>\n\n \n Hybrid Format:<\/strong> MCSoC 2026 will support both in\u2011person attendance<\/strong> and online participation<\/strong>, ensuring broad accessibility for the global community.\n <\/p>\n\n \n All papers must follow the official double\u2011column IEEE conference format and be submitted in PDF only<\/strong>. Regular papers may include up to 8 pages<\/strong>, with an additional charge of 50 USD per extra page<\/strong> (maximum of 2 extra pages). Short papers are strictly limited to 4 pages<\/strong>, and no extra pages are permitted. Authors are strongly encouraged to ensure that their manuscripts are properly formatted, clearly written, and free of typographical or grammatical errors before submission.\n <\/p>\n\n \n Presentation\u2011Only submissions<\/strong> are reviewed for relevance and quality but are not included in the proceedings<\/strong> and do not produce an archival publication<\/strong>.
