When will I be able to register for the conference?<\/strong>
\n Registration is now open. Authors and delegates may register through the official registration page.<\/p>\n\n

When will I be able to submit a paper for the conference?<\/strong>
\n Paper submission is currently open. Please submit your manuscript through the paper submission system.<\/p>\n\n

When is the early registration deadline?<\/strong>
\n Early registration for Regular and Student participants is available until November 30<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Do I need to pay online by credit card?<\/strong>
\n All registrations must be paid online or via bank transfer through EDAS<\/strong>. For details, please refer to the registration page.<\/p>\n\n

Can I pay in my local currency?<\/strong>
\n All payments must be made in US Dollars (USD)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Can I get a receipt for my payment?<\/strong>
\n Receipts will be issued exclusively through EDAS<\/strong>. For group receipts, please contact us at \n mcsoc.forum@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

How can I obtain an invitation letter for visa purposes?<\/strong>
\n Invitation letters will be issued after registration and payment are completed. Please visit the designated page for more information.<\/p>\n\n

EDAS Instructions<\/h3>\n\n

How to add your IEEE Membership Number in EDAS (for discounted registration):<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Log in to EDAS using your email and password.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner to open your profile.<\/li>\n
  3. Scroll to the field labeled IEEE Membership Number<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter your valid IEEE membership number exactly as shown in your IEEE account.<\/li>\n
  5. Save your profile information.<\/li>\n
  6. Proceed with registration \u2014 the IEEE member discount will be applied automatically.<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n\n

    How to add the presenter\u2019s name in EDAS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Log in to EDAS using your email and password.<\/li>\n
    2. Click on My Papers<\/em> in the top menu.<\/li>\n
    3. Select your paper and click on its title.<\/li>\n
    4. Scroll to the Presented by<\/em> section and click the plus sign (+).<\/li>\n
    5. Select the presenter from the author list and click Add presenter (save)<\/em>.<\/li>\n
    6. A confirmation message will appear once the presenter is successfully added.<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n\n

      How to add your photo and biography in EDAS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Log in to EDAS using your email and password.<\/li>\n
      2. Navigate to your profile page.<\/li>\n
      3. Click Edit Profile Information<\/em>.<\/li>\n
      4. Upload your photo from your device.<\/li>\n
      5. Enter your biography in the designated field.<\/li>\n
