Authors and delegates can register through the registration page.<\/p>\n\n  <p><strong>When will I be able to submit a paper for the conference?<\/strong><br>\n  Paper submission is now open. Please submit through the paper submission site.<\/p>\n\n  <p><strong>When is the early registration deadline?<\/strong><br>\n  The early registration for Regular and Student participants is until <strong>November 30, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n  <p><strong>Do I need to pay online by credit card?<\/strong><br>\n  All registrations are paid online or via bank transfer through <strong>EDAS<\/strong>. For more information, please visit the registration page.<\/p>\n\n  <p><strong>Can I pay in my local currency?<\/strong><br>\n  All payments must be made in <strong>US$<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n  <p><strong>Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?<\/strong><br>\n  Receipts will be issued via <strong>EDAS<\/strong>, and this will be the only form of receipt. For group receipts, please contact <a href=\"mailto:mcsoc.forum@gmail.com\">mcsoc.forum@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n  <p><strong>How can I obtain an invitation letter for the conference to support my visa application?<\/strong><br>\n  An invitation letter will be issued after registration and payment are completed. Please access the designated page for more information.<\/p>\n\n  <p><strong>How to add the presenter\u2019s name to my paper in EDAS:<\/strong><\/p>\n  <ol style=\"padding-left: 20px;\">\n    <li>Log in to EDAS using your email and password.<\/li>\n    <li>Click on \u201cMy Papers\u201d in the top menu.<\/li>\n    <li>Select your paper and click on its title.<\/li>\n    <li>Scroll to the \u201cPresented by\u201d section and click the plus sign (+).<\/li>\n    <li>Select the presenter from the author list and click \u201cAdd presenter (save)\u201d.<\/li>\n    <li>A confirmation message will appear once the presenter is added.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n\n  <p><strong>How to add my photo and biography to EDAS:<\/strong><\/p>\n  <ol style=\"padding-left: 20px;\">\n    <li>Log in to EDAS using your email and password.<\/li>\n    <li>Navigate to your profile page.<\/li>\n    <li>Click \u201cEdit Profile Information\u201d.<\/li>\n    <li>Upload your photo from your device.<\/li>\n    <li>Enter your biography in the designated field.<\/li>\n    <li>Save changes to update your profile.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When will I be able to register for the conference?
