This track explores advanced compiler techniques and toolchain innovations specifically tailored for embedded multicore systems-on-chip (MCSoC). We focus on bridging the gap between high-level application requirements and low-level hardware capabilities, enabling software to fully exploit the massive parallelism and energy efficiency of modern SoCs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We invite contributions that address the critical challenges of performance optimization, automatic parallelization, and energy-aware compilation. Beyond traditional optimization, we encourage research into domain-specific languages (DSLs), cross-layer co-design, and the integration of AI into the compilation flow. The goal is to highlight methodologies that ensure scalability, predictability, and reliability in next-generation embedded platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Topics of Interest<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We welcome submissions related, but not limited, to the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Compiler Support for Heterogeneous Architectures:<\/strong> Techniques for mapping code onto CPUs, GPUs, DSPs, and FPGA accelerators within a single SoC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toolchains for Real-Time &amp; Safety-Critical Systems:<\/strong> Compilation flows that guarantee worst-case execution time (WCET) and adhere to functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Code Generation for Efficiency:<\/strong> Optimization strategies for ultra-low-power operation and high-throughput data processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Profiling, Debugging &amp; Simulation:<\/strong> Advanced tools for performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and system-level simulation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AI-Assisted Compilation:<\/strong> Utilizing machine learning to drive adaptive optimization and heuristic tuning in compilers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hardware-Software Co-Design:<\/strong> Integration with custom instruction sets (ISA extensions), hardware accelerators, and reconfigurable logic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Track Chair TBC As embedded systems evolve into complex, heterogeneous multicore architectures, the burden on software development tools has increased exponentially.
