- The full conference registration (non‑companion/guest) includes: Proceedings, Technical Sessions, Dinner, Lunch and Coffee Breaks. The companion/guest registration only includes the registered social event(s).
- Regular Rate applies for online registrations made after April 10, 2027, and on‑site registrations.
Author Registration
- At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the registration by 23:59:59, 10 April 2027 (AoE).
- Multi‑Paper Authors: Authors with more than one accepted paper must make a separate full registration for each accepted paper.

📌 Important Notes
- To register online using the IEEE member discount, please ensure that the name in your EDAS profile exactly matches the name on your IEEE membership ID card. Additionally, your IEEE membership number must be included in your EDAS profile. If these details do not align, EDAS will generate an error and prevent you from completing registration at the discounted rate. We strongly recommend reviewing and updating your EDAS profile to ensure consistency with your IEEE membership information.
- The bank information will be shown when an attendee pays via bank/wire transfer via EDAS. If you need help, please use the “request help” link at the bottom of each page in EDAS.
- When registering by bank/wire transfer, please e‑mail the (1) transfer slip, (2) paper title, and (3) paper ID to mcsoc.forum@gmail.com for confirmation.
- The bank transfer fee should be borne by the applicants.
- For on‑site registration, payment will be accepted by cash only.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fee will apply based on the date we receive the cancellation notification. All refunds will be made after the symposium. We will deduct the bank transfer fee from the amount to be paid back.
- Cancellations made by presenters will NOT be accepted.
- When written notice of cancellation is received:
— Until April 10, 2027 (AoE): 50% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
— From April 11, 2027 (AoE): 100% of the registration fee (No refund)
