General Registration & Submission Information

When will I be able to register for the conference?
Registration is now open. Authors and delegates may register through the official registration page.

When will I be able to submit a paper for the conference?
Paper submission is currently open. Please submit your manuscript through the paper submission system.

When is the early registration deadline?
Early registration for Regular and Student participants is available until November 30.

Do I need to pay online by credit card?
All registrations must be paid online or via bank transfer through EDAS. For details, please refer to the registration page.

Can I pay in my local currency?
All payments must be made in US Dollars (USD).

Can I get a receipt for my payment?
Receipts will be issued exclusively through EDAS. For group receipts, please contact us at mcsoc.forum@gmail.com.

How can I obtain an invitation letter for visa purposes?
Invitation letters will be issued after registration and payment are completed. Please visit the designated page for more information.

EDAS Instructions

How to add your IEEE Membership Number in EDAS (for discounted registration):

1. Log in to EDAS using your email and password.
2. Click on your name in the top-right corner to open your profile.
3. Scroll to the field labeled IEEE Membership Number.
4. Enter your valid IEEE membership number exactly as shown in your IEEE account.
5. Save your profile information.
6. Proceed with registration — the IEEE member discount will be applied automatically.

How to add the presenter’s name in EDAS:

1. Log in to EDAS using your email and password.
2. Click on My Papers in the top menu.
3. Select your paper and click on its title.
4. Scroll to the Presented by section and click the plus sign (+).
5. Select the presenter from the author list and click Add presenter (save).
6. A confirmation message will appear once the presenter is successfully added.

How to add your photo and biography in EDAS:

1. Log in to EDAS using your email and password.
2. Navigate to your profile page.
3. Click Edit Profile Information.
4. Upload your photo from your device.
5. Enter your biography in the designated field.
6. Save changes to update your profile.
