When will I be able to submit a paper for the conference?
Paper submission is now open. Please submit through the paper submission site.
When is the early registration deadline?
The early registration for Regular and Student participants is until November 30, 2025.
Do I need to pay online by credit card?
All registrations are paid online or via bank transfer through EDAS. For more information, please visit the registration page.
Can I pay in my local currency?
All payments must be made in US$.
Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?
Receipts will be issued via EDAS, and this will be the only form of receipt. For group receipts, please contact mcsoc.forum@gmail.com.
How can I obtain an invitation letter for the conference to support my visa application?
An invitation letter will be issued after registration and payment are completed. Please access the designated page for more information.
How to add the presenter’s name to my paper in EDAS:
- Log in to EDAS using your email and password.
- Click on “My Papers” in the top menu.
- Select your paper and click on its title.
- Scroll to the “Presented by” section and click the plus sign (+).
- Select the presenter from the author list and click “Add presenter (save)”.
- A confirmation message will appear once the presenter is added.
How to add my photo and biography to EDAS:
- Log in to EDAS using your email and password.
- Navigate to your profile page.
- Click “Edit Profile Information”.
- Upload your photo from your device.
- Enter your biography in the designated field.
- Save changes to update your profile.
