Registration Deadlines & Policies
⚠️ Author registration closes on August 5, 2026. At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the registration by this date using the ”Author Registration” type shown in the table below (620 US$ for IEEE member OR 635 US$ for non-IEEE member).
- Author Registration Types: Authors must register using either the ”Author‑IEEE” or ”Author‑non‑IEEE‑member” category. If you intend to present online, please complete your author registration first. A follow‑up email will be sent toward the end of October 2026 to confirm whether you will present ONLINE or ONSITE.
- Additional Co-Author or Participant without Paper: Can register using the ”Early Bird Registration” or the ”Regular Registration” depending on the date he/she wishes to register, IEEE membership type, and whether he/she registers ONLINE or ONSITE.
- Registered Authors and General Attendees: Are required to fill out the Attendance Mode Form and indicate whether they will participate ONSITE or ONLINE by November 25, 2026. Please complete the form here: Attendance Mode Form.
Note for Multi-Paper Authors: Authors with more than one accepted paper must make a separate full registration for each accepted paper.
Registration Fees — IEEE MCSoC 2026
Registration fee includes: admission to all technical sessions, Keynotes, coffee breaks, lunches, dinner/banquet, a copy of the final program, and Proceedings (IEEE CSP WebPub).

Go to the home page of your EDAS account and proceed through the registrations available next to your submitted paper:

Important notes
- To register online using the IEEE member discount, please ensure that the name in your EDAS profile exactly matches the name on your IEEE membership ID card. Additionally, your IEEE membership number must be included in your EDAS profile. If these details do not align, EDAS will generate an error and prevent you from completing registration at the discounted rate. We strongly recommend reviewing and updating your EDAS profile to ensure consistency with your IEEE membership information.
- The bank information will be shown when an attendee pays via bank/wire transfer via EDAS. If you need help, please use the “request help” link at the bottom of each page in EDAS.
- When registering by bank/wire transfer, please e-mail the (1) transfer slip, (2) paper title, and (3) paper ID to ”mcsoc.forum@gmail.com” for confirmation.
- The bank transfer fee should be borne by the applicants.
- For on-site registration, payment will be accepted by cash only.
Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fee will apply based on the date we receive the cancellation notification. All refunds will be made after the symposium. We will deduct the bank transfer fee from the amount to be paid back.
- Cancellations made by presenters will NOT be accepted.
- When written notice of cancellation is received?
– Until November 30 (AoE): 50% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
– From December 1 (AoE): 100% of the registration fee (No refund)
