How to Submit Your Paper via EDAS

Complete Guide: EDAS: Editor’s Assistant – Instructions for Authors

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to EDAS
Visit https://edas.info and log in with your EDAS account.
If you don’t have one, click “Create a new account” and follow the registration steps.
  2. Find the Conference
Use the search bar or follow the direct link provided by the organizers.
Alternatively, click “Conferences” in the top menu and browse or filter by topic/date.
  3. Start the Submission
On the conference page, click “Submit a paper” next to the appropriate track or category.
    Fill in the required metadata:
    • Title
    • Abstract
    • Keywords
    • Authors and affiliations
  4. Upload Your Paper
After submitting metadata, EDAS will assign a paper number.
Click on your paper title to open the submission page.
Upload your PDF under “Upload manuscript”.
Ensure it complies with formatting and page limits (e.g., IEEE PDF eXpress if required).
  5. Confirm Submission
EDAS will display a green checkmark if the file passes format checks.
You may update or replace the file before the submission deadline.

Tips for a Smooth Submission

  • Use the correct template: MCSoC requires the IEEE conference LaTeX or Word template.
  • Check page limits: EDAS may reject files that exceed the allowed length.
  • Ensure PDF compliance: MCSoC requires IEEE PDF eXpress validation.
  • Verify author order: All co-authors must be listed correctly before submission.
