The final camera-ready paper should not exceed eight (8) double-column IEEE format pages, including figures and references. Papers should be formatted according to the IEEE conference style ( https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html). Each extra page costs 50 US$.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register using the ”Author Registration” type by August 20, 2024 (1st Round) and November 8, 2024 (2nd Round ). A paper without registration will not be included in the conference’s final program and will be removed from the IEEE CSP conference proceedings.
Important Notes:
- IEEE policy requires that all accepted papers must be checked for plagiarism. This can be accomplished through the IEEE CrossCheck Portal.
- As a reminder, all authors of accepted papers must transfer copyright to IEEE by utilizing the electronic IEEE Copyright Form(eCF) (see IEEE Copyright Policy).
