Announcements

  • October 28, 2025: The camera-ready paper must be submitted via the IEEE Conference Publishing Services (CPS) Author Kit link, which has been sent to all authors of accepted papers. The submission deadline is November 7, 2025 — this is a strict and non-extendable deadline.
  • October 18, 2025: For the second-round paper submission, manuscripts are promptly forwarded for review upon receipt. Authors are notified immediately once the review process is concluded.
  • September 9, 2025: The 2nd Round Papers submission is extended to October 15, 2025 (AoE). This is a FIRM deadline, and no further extension will be allowed.
  • 31 July 2025: At least one author of each accepted paper must register using the ”Author Registration” type by July 31, 2025 (AoE).
    Note: Authors unable to register and submit the camera-ready paper and IEEE copyright form on time and requiring a one- or two-day extension are requested to send an email to  mcsoc.forum@gmail.com.
  • January 1st, 2025: Although the IEEE MCSoC Symposium has returned to its normal in-person format, presenters who cannot attend in person will still be able to deliver their talks online.

2nd Round Important Dates

IEEE MCSoC 2025 follows a two-round paper submission process. The first round has now concluded, and the second round of submissions is officially open. The second round of paper submissions is now open to both new contributions and resubmissions of papers previously rejected in the first round

Paper Submission Guidelines

All contributions should be original and not copyrighted, published, submitted, or accepted for publication elsewhere. Electronic paper submissions should not exceed eight pages (for REGULAR paper), four pages (for SHORT paper), and 1 page (for PRESENTATION-ONLY paper) in double-column IEEE format, including figures and references. Papers should be formatted as closely as possible to the final format, which includes double columns, single spacing, and a Times or equivalent font in a minimum 10pt size. The acceptable format is PDF only. Each extra page costs 50 US$. Please read the submission instructions.

Proceedings Publication and Indexing

The conference proceedings, encompassing all technical tracks, special tracks, special sessions, and workshop papers, will be published by IEEE Conference Proceedings and will be included in the IEEE Computer Society Digital Library (CSDL) and IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. All CPS conference publications are also submitted for indexing to EI’s Engineering Information Index, Compendex, ISI Thomson’s Scientific, and Tech. Pro. Scopus, ISTP/ISI Proceedings.

Invitations will be issued based on the relevance and quality of the technical results presented, the timeliness of the contribution, the outcome of the review process, and the Review Committee’s recommendations. Upon notice of paper acceptance to the conference or right after MCSoC 2025, authors of the selected papers will receive an invitation and detailed instructions on how to submit an extended manuscript derived from their MCSoC paper.
